Legal Assistant – Bilingual English/Spanish (Litigation, Corporate, or Immigration)
Location: Brookhaven Georgia - Full-Time
Fast-paced, small law firm serving a diverse clientele seeks a Bilingual English/Spanish Legal Assistant or Paralegal with experience in litigation, corporate, or immigration law. Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys with scheduling, case preparation, and client communication
Draft, edit, and review legal documents (e.g., affidavits, pleadings, contracts, briefs)
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Research public records and online sources for case preparation
Assist in trial, deposition and/or mediation prep, including organizing exhibits and case files
Provide excellent customer service and serve as liaison with clients and professionals
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently
Previous legal assistant or paralegal experience preferred
Compensation Commensurate with Experience, Full Time, Part Time possible.
