Maternal-Fetal Medicine Locums Physician - California, No Deliveries

MFM consult-only role in California with home call and light volume; located near San Jose International Airport (SJC).

Highlights

• No deliveries, consults only
• Home-based call; minimal after-hours responsibility
• Priority given to 1st and 3rd weeks of each month
• Emergency credentialing available for clean files

Practice Setting

• New MFM program at hospital-owned clinic
• Single-physician model with light patient load
• Support from RN, MA, and Sonographer
• Cerner EMR

Schedule

• 1-week blocks, Monday-Sunday
• 8a-5p: rounds + clinic each day
• Nights/weekends: home call only (~2 calls/week avg.)

Cases and Procedures

• Consults and assessments only; no deliveries
• Cerclage preferred but not required
• 8-10 patients/day on average

Requirements

• Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Active California license required
• PALS certification
