Overview

Golf Shop Interns (Summer/Fall)
• Establish and develop relationships with the membership
• Assisting in season-long junior camps
• Assisting the Professional Staff with all activities involved in running a first-class golf operation
• Daily presence in the Golf Shop, on the 1st tee, Practice Facility & Golf Course
• Provide support to our Merchandiser and assist in all aspects of the merchandising to include displaying, receiving, in-stock program, special order processing and product selection of merchandise
• Assist the Professional Staff in day-to-day operations which includes:
o Opening and closing the golf shop
o Merchandising and inventory control
o Placing special orders for members
o Monitoring pace of play and course traffic
o Hosting and playing with members
o Conduct quarterly inventory counts
