We want interns with a desire to be well-rounded golf professionals. They must strive to be experts in playing, teaching, fitting, merchandising, tournament operations, and promoting the game. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to the profession as a career, not just a job, and a willingness to work the hours required to exceed expectations. Interns must be self-starters, willing to go the extra mile to be the best at what they do. Individuals will learn all aspects of the golf operation including but not limited to:
• Managing the practice facility and short game area
• Keeping all members' clubs cleaned and bag storage area clean and organized, performing basic club repair
• Assisting the Professional staff with shop presentation, handicap management, tournament operations, etc., and observing lessons given by the Director of Golfer Development and Professional Staff
Interns will be treated as a staff professional and held accountable for their assigned tasks. They will set the tone for the operation from day to day, so they must embrace that responsibility. We are dedicated to sharpening the skills of an individual driven to do what it takes to become a well-rounded golf professional.

Essential Responsibilities

Member Service Interns (Summer Only)

• Establish and develop relationships with the membership
• Opening and closing the cart barn & bag room
• Provide carts and range balls for members in a courteous and friendly manner while keeping all work areas clean, orderly, and safe
• Greeting members at bag drop and cart staging area
• Assist the Professional Staff with a variety of member request
• Responsible for keeping bag room, clubs, and golf carts, in clean condition
• Responsible for maintaining the driving range, chipping green, and learning center
• Assist with summer junior camps
• Preform basic club repair - regripping, reshafting, loft & lie
• Plenty of opportunity to shadow lessons & fittings
