Description
Sitko Bruno is seeking a full-time on-site Legal Administrative Assistant; and is willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, detail oriented, self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and has the desire to learn and grow in a Pittsburgh-based law firm located in the City’s Strip District. Initial day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with the administrative tasks of fourteen busy attorneys and various staff members specializing in transactional commercial real estate matters. However, with our continued oversight and training, the ideal candidate will be permitted to grow into a larger role serving our attorneys, staff and clients.
Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Professional attitude with ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Willing to take direction from multiple people serving in multiple roles
- Excellent communication, organization and time management skills
- Service oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel; adept at formatting, redlining and document conversions
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys and senior staff with high-quality legal and administrative services
- Draft, edit and proofread legal documents, agreements and correspondence
- Manage attorney calendars and schedule meetings
- Organize and manage electronic and paper files
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
