With operations in more than 20 countries worldwide, we provide innovative solutions that address some of the world's most pressing needs across the energy transition, rapid urbanisation, and increasing digitalisation.\n\nThis role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.\n\nTogether, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.\n\nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n1) Assist in real estate market research. \n2) Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis. \n3) Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n1) Acquire knowledge of real estate markets. \n2) Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments. \n3) Develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements\n1) A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.\n2) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.\n3) A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.\n4) Basic understanding of financial modeling and proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.\n\n#LI-VB1
