With operations in more than 20 countries worldwide, we provide innovative solutions that address some of the world's most pressing needs across the energy transition, rapid urbanisation, and increasing digitalisation.\n\nThis role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.\n\nTogether, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.\n\nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n1) Conduct market research on various real estate sectors (e.g., office, logistics, residential) in the target geographies to support investment and acquisition decisions.\n2) Assist in the analysis and evaluation of potential acquisition opportunities, including preparing cash flow projections, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the preparation of investment memorandam.\n3) Support the team in coordinating and organizing due diligence materials.\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n1) To develop a strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics and investment evaluation.\n2) Gain practical experience in the end-to-end acquisition process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements\n1) Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint.\n2) Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and fundamental research, will be highly desirable.\n3) Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.\n\n#LI-VB1
