With operations in more than 20 countries worldwide, we provide innovative solutions that address some of the world's most pressing needs across the energy transition, rapid urbanisation, and increasing digitalisation.\n\nThis role sits within 1 of the 2 platforms: (i) Fund Management and (ii) Investment. The Fund Management platform focuses on raising capital and forging stronger relationships with investors. The Investment platform aims to drive capital deployment decisions and horizontal integration to create value for our investors.\n\nTogether, we aim to create value and deliver sustainable returns for our investors through a range of products including listed REITs and business trusts and private funds which invests globally into real estate, infrastructure, data centres and alternative asset classes.\n\nThe intern will be responsible in the following:\n• Liaise and work with the team in related asset management and initiatives relating to the assets under Keppel DC REIT.\n• Liaise and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct data centre related research, analysis and financial modelling.\n• Compiling asset related metrices and analyzing assets performance.\n• Assist on any ad hoc asset management related work scope.\n\nLearning Outcomes:\n• Gaining a good understanding and insights on how data centres are operated and other technological sectors.\n• Gaining experience in financial and operational management of data centres.\n• Participating in the management of assets under the REIT's portfolio.\n• Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholder management, vendors, and other asset level management teams.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job Requirements\n• Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or other relevant degrees.\n• Interested in exploring a career opportunity in asset management.\n• Able to work independently and as a team player.\n• Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic environment, with an eagerness to learn.\n• Possess strong analytical skills with great meticulousness.\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.\n\n#LI-VB1
