About Our Internships
Tyndale Internships are designed for college students wanting to explore a career in the Christian Publishing industry. You will get to engage with other interns across various departments, attend training workshops, and participate in group projects designed to build professional skills.
Important Details
- Interviews for this opening will start in December 2025.
- Internships will start in May 2026, and generally go through the summer but can have flexible scheduling.
- The expected hourly range for this position is $17 per hour.
- The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, on-site.
IT Intern
Tyndale House Publishers is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented IT Intern to assist our Technology Support Specialist in providing outstanding support to our staff. This internship offers hands-on experience in a professional IT environment and is ideal for students looking to gain real-world exposure to help desk operations, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
What You'll Do
- Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Support regular maintenance tasks, including software updates and inventory tracking.
- Document technical procedures and help desk solutions for internal use.
- Provide basic training to end-users on tools and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with the Technology Support Specialist and IT team on various projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in IT support and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common networking concepts.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Personal alignment with and adherence to the Bible as God’s Word, and agreement with our Statement of Faith.
