Private Equity Real Estate Frankfurt/Main

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUINCAP's real estate team is offering a three-to-six-month internship based in its Frankfurt office. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to support the investment management of real estate assets across all stages of the deal lifecycle. As an Intern, you will take on real responsibilities from day one and work closely with the senior leadership, external advisors and partners. The internship offers strong professional development in a dynamic environment.

• Support the analysis and execution of real estate acquisitions
• Assist in preparing financial models, conducting market research, and analysing comparable assets
• Assist in preparing materials for pipeline meetings, deal screenings, and investment committees
• Contribute to internal projects and strategic initiatives to support the team's growth and operational excellence

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed or near-completion of a degree from a leading business school or university, ideally with a focus on Real Estate, Finance, or Economics
• Strong analytical skills with a solid grasp of real estate investment fundamentals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident and professional presentation style
• Commercial awareness of private equity and investment structures
• Prior internship experience in one or more of the following fields is a plus: Real Estate Transactions / Asset Management / Real Estate Development / Investment Banking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced modelling skills
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and represent QUINCAP's values professionally
• Fluency in German and English is required
