The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support our portfolio management and operational teams as well as with new investments. This role offers hands-on exposure in particular to strategic portfolio management in the healthcare sector. The internship is based in Frankfurt, Germany , with the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Work with existing portfolio companies to support strategic growth initiatives.
• Presentation & Reporting: Prepare investor reports, presentations, and internal investment memos.
• Operational analytics: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, financial models, data reportings.
• Investments: Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and market assessments.
• Finance & Reporting: Apply a comprehensive finance skill set, including controlling and accounting.
• Equity Story & Exit Strategies: Define and communicate the company's equity story while shaping exit strategies to maximize shareholder value.

Your Profile

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Strategy Consulting is strongly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with experience in controlling, accounting, and financial reporting
• Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Language: Fluent in English and German.
