Constellation Brands is seeking an intern to contribute over 12 weeks (Summer 2026) to its Investor Relations function. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small high impact team that supports strategic analysis, materials, and messaging for the company's senior leadership - as well as gain public equity market experience at a global large-cap company.

Key Responsibilities

More specifically, the primary activities and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Developing analytical tools to benchmark financial performance, market expectations, and investor commentary of the company’s key competitors.
• Supporting the development of quarterly earnings materials and other external /internal investor relations analyses, documents, and engagements as required.
• Gaining exposure to the company’s equity market messaging and engagements with the Investor Relations team.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Cultivating relationships with internal partners and stakeholders for both functions.
• Presenting outcomes of Investor Relations projects to senior management.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree program majoring in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related major field of study.
• The candidate should also bring strong analytical and quantitative skill with the ability to take initiative, communicate effectively, and develop collaborative relationships, and preferably be proficient in Microsoft Office, able to develop and deliver presentations, and have strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

• Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
• Primary work environment is professional corporate office
• Ability to travel commercially to domestic and international locations

The salary range for this role is:

$19.00- $29.50 an hour

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
