Job Description

Assist in real estate market research.
Assist in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analyis.
Assist experienced members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate Requirement

- A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work
- Basic understanding of financial modeling and proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good (minimum 2nd upper/ Distinction) GPA/CAP
