Responsibilities / Duties
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources Manager and team in the following areas:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
Maintain and update HR records, files, and employee databases.
Assist with HR reporting and documentation.
Help coordinate employee recognition programs and team events.
Support communication initiatives between HR and employees.
Assist in preparing compliance documents and updating HR policies.
Research HR best practices and contribute to policy improvements.

Requirements
Requirements
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred:
Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS platforms.
Previous internship or coursework in HR or business.
