Job Brief The HR Intern will support the HR department in various analytical and administrative functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and start a career in human resources. This is a full-time hybrid internship near Weston, FL beginning September 2025. JOB SUMMARY: The HR Intern will support the HR department in various analytical and administrative functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and start a career in human resources. The HR Intern will assist in data management, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance HR. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the administration of monthly and quarterly distribution center incentives. Support the administration of Hourly DC compensation. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making processes. Support the preparation and maintenance of HR reports and dashboards. Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to inform policies and programs. Respond to inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in accrual processes of incentives and other related programs. Assist in entering employee personal information into HR tools and systems. Stay current with new technologies and apply knowledge to enhance processes. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects aimed at improving HR processes and systems and suggest improvements. Assist the HR department in preparing for audits. Maintain organized records and documentation. Support ad-hoc requests and perform other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of SharePoint, and Power BI a plus. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices and processes. Excellent judgment and conflict management skills. Experience in database, data analytics, and visualization tools is a plus. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical demands are consistent with a professional office setting. Regular sitting at workstation for 25 75% of the work shift. Frequent standing and walking. Back Share Apply Now
