Location: Sherman, Texas

Growing estate planning, probate, and elder law practice seeks an experienced attorney to join our team. Available duties include: 

• Counseling clients and designing estate plans
• Drafting estate planning and probate documents
• Analyzing decedents’ estates
• Preparing estate tax returns
• Handling probate litigation
• Designing Medicaid qualification plans and assisting with applications

Requirements:

• License in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Some experience in estate planning, probate, or elder law
