Description
Job Summary:We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our expanding team as a entry level sales to management position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and progress towards a management position. It will be your responsibility to identify appropriate prospects with the leads provided, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories offered. Additionally, you will play a critical role in maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Results-driven with a passion for sales
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software
Responsibilities:
- Identify appropriate prospects and target markets to expand the client base
- Set appointments and conduct effective qualifying sales calls to understand client needs and identify potential solutions
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals in all service categories offered
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to provide a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed
- Must be able to lift and carry presentation and enrollment materials
Compensation and Incentives:
- Average first year income is $50,000-$80,000 with the potential to earn more based on performance
