- Entry Level Landscape Architect
Description
Who We Are: We design spaces that matter — rooted in teamwork, guided by relationships, and inspired by community.
We believe in creating places that bring people together, and we’re just as passionate about building an amazing team as we are about designing vibrant public spaces. If you’re ready to grow, collaborate, and make a real impact in the communities we serve, we’d love to hear from you!
Our San Jose Studio is looking for a creative, motivated, and energetic designer to join our collaborative team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone excited to jump in, learn, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Studio Needs: We’re looking for a creative mind with a passion for design, strong communication/public speaking skills, and the confidence to share ideas. The ideal teammate brings positive energy to everything they do and is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their design career who’s ready to contribute, have fun, and make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do: The Designer plays a key role in supporting projects from concept through delivery. This position assists with design development, graphics, and renderings; helps prepare bid packages; and coordinates with vendors, manufacturers, and clients to keep projects moving forward. Designers are actively involved in presentations, site walks, and project meetings, while ensuring drawings, documents, and files meet office standards. Beyond project work, this role contributes to business development, professional growth, and office initiatives, bringing creativity, collaboration, and a positive attitude to every task.
