- Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor
Description
The Department of Finance, Insurance, Real Estate and Law, at the University of North Texas, Ryan College of Business, invites applications for the appointment of Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor of Finance starting in Fall 2025 with consideration to start Spring 2026. Duties will include teaching finance related courses at the bachelor's and master's levels on the Denton main campus, Frisco branch campus and off-site locations (face-to-face and/or online/remote); conducting quality finance research and publishing in peer-reviewed academic and practitioner-oriented finance journals; advising masters and undergraduate students; and participating in departmental, college and university service. The candidate must be willing to develop/teach a course in banking/financial institutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A doctoral degree in business administration is required with a concentration in Finance, Managerial Economics, or Accounting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous teaching experience
- Record of professional publications
- Work experience in finance/banking are desired qualifications
