Internship Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will:

• Assist senior BAs in:
• Gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders
• Preparing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Documenting business processes using flowcharts or diagrams
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including:
• Sprint Planning
• Backlog Grooming
• Retrospectives
• Collaborate with:
• Development teams
• QA teams
• Product Owners

Requirements

Technical Knowledge & Skills

Core Knowledge

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Analytical and Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of:
• Requirements gathering techniques
• Writing user stories and use cases
• Process modeling (BPMN / UML)
• Wireframing and prototyping tools
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• Jira, Trello, Confluence
• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Soft Skills Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Effective time management

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or Other related disciplines
