Moss & Colella, P.C., a respected plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking a talented and driven Associate Trial Attorney to join our team. We are looking for a motivated professional with 3–5 years of experience in litigation, a strong command of legal writing, and a passion for advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle all phases of litigation from intake through trial
-Draft compelling legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
-Conduct depositions, court hearings, and mediations
-Collaborate with clients, experts, and colleagues to develop effective case strategies
-Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Qualifications:

-J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Michigan
-3–5 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
-Exceptional legal research and writing skills
-Deposition experience preferred
-Self-motivated with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
