Job Description

Are you looking for an interesting paid internship within Finance? We are ready to support your development as an Intern in the Accounts Payable Help Desk team. This a 6-months, paid, part-time role and reports to the Accounts Payable Team Leader. You will start in October or November 2025. This internship is more than just a job - it's a chance to grow a foundation for your future career in finance. Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries in the email inbox using English
• Handle incoming phone calls and support in English
• Review vendor account statements, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective actionsto ensure accuracy and compliance

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Language skills: fluency in English - both verbal and writing
• Active student status
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel - you'll use these tools daily
• Availability to work 30 hours per week

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Spanish language skills at a B2 level or higher - a valuable asset in our multilingual environment
