Job Responsibilities

• Fixed Asset Setup, Maintenance, and posting month end entries
• Vendor setup adhering to established corporate guidelines
• Processing Accounts Payable invoices ensuring accuracy in coding, proper approvals are compliant with corporate policy, and vendor payments are made within vendor terms
• Accounts Payable Check Runs
• Year End 1099 Preparation and submittal to IRS
• General ledger reconciliations
• Intercompany Billings
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college receiving university or college credit for the internship or experiential learning requirement towards graduation. Will need to provide proof from the institution.
• Must be in good academic standing
• Available to work in the office at 10-15 hours per week
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to take direction well
• Organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of individuals in person, over the telephone and email.
• Must meet tight deadlines and work well in fast-paced, pressure situations.
• Record of being entrusted with and having successfully safeguarded significant private and confidential information.
